Breeches Buoy

Breeches Buoy Addiction Medicine Service (BBAMS)

An integrated acute-care addiction medicine service based at UNC Health Southeastern in Robeson County. SAIL Initiative funding supports peer recovery specialists, therapeutic engagement, and continuity-of-care efforts that have reduced emergency department overdose visits and improved recovery outcomes.
Robeson SAFE Program

Community Reentry (SAFE Program)

A collaborative program with the Robeson County Sheriff’s Department that provides screening, peer support, and treatment linkage for individuals recently released from detention—turning reentry into recovery.

Through investments in data infrastructure and public health analytics, SAIL Initiative empowers communities to use real-time data to target resources, evaluate outcomes, and improve population health.
SAIL Initiative  is a 501(c)(3) public charity and all contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
